Client Operations Manager, Retirement Plans
Sarah serves as a Client Operations Manager on our Retirement Plan Consulting team. She oversees many of the firm’s operational processes and plays a central role in coordinating the delivery of client services, helping ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for both clients and team members.
Sarah also serves as project manager for complex client initiatives, including retirement plan provider transitions, plan design changes, and other strategic projects. Her organizational expertise and attention to detail help drive successful outcomes while keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed throughout the process.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining Summit Group in 2013, she worked as an Assistant Registrar at a private university in Richmond, Virginia before beginning her career in the financial services industry.
