David is a co-founder of our firm and is deeply focused on the needs of his clients. David has over 30 years of experience in the industry and helps clients including professional athletes, physicians, business owners and educators in both the structure and allocation of their planning and investment portfolios. He is instrumental in the research and implementation of the investment strategies Summit Group of Virginia utilizes for its clients.
David is a graduate of Old Dominion University. In keeping with our firm’s focus on community engagement, David has served on or chaired the Chesapeake Regional Health Foundation, Chesapeake Regional Hospital Authority, Virginia Opera Statewide Board and is a proud Paul Harris Fellow. In 1999, David was asked to create a fundraising event and the result was the annual Chesapeake Regional Health Foundation Gala which has raised millions of dollars in support of local healthcare.
